A picturesque church in a peaceful setting, the burial place of St Walstan in 1016 and a busy place of pilgrimage to his shrine until the Reformation. Pilgrims have been visiting the church and St Walstan's well for nearly 1000 years. In 2016 the church marked the 1000th anniversary of St Walstan's death. Wheelchair accessible if pre-arranged. (We have a mobile ramp that would need to be in place for access).
