Grade II*
St Mary's is a small, pretty church situated in an isolated location near the MOD's training area, which absorbed its nearest neighbour, St Andrew's Church in Langford. Bodney is one of Norfolk's smallest parishes in terms of population with less than 20 parishioners. The building was extensively restored in the 19th Century during which the windows were replaced with copies of the originals. Fragments of the original Saxon church can be seen against the buttress in the north east corner. The pews have late medieval pierced backs.
