St. Peter's Church sits beside the main road through the village. The building is predominantly dates to the 15th century. However, the presence of reused Caen stone and Roman bricks suggest there was once an earlier building here. The church was restored, re-seated and re-roofed in 1866. It has attractive stained glass dating from the 1850s. Notice how the base of the tower is usually extended behind the nave west wall with squints on each side of the arch although one is now blocked up.
