Set well off the road in spacious churchyard, St Peter is a large parish church dating from C13, but with extensive alterations during successive centuries. The Decorated west tower and piscina; C15 perpendicular clerestory, nave roof and stained glass in the nave; C17 benches; C18 Gothick screen and C19 east window and Commandment Boards.
