Mostly flint construction with early Saxon features in North Wall. Exceptionally tall C14 tower, with a fine set of six bells - one of the heaviest in the county. Chancel C13, the rest is C14. Splendid Nave roof. Jacobean Pulpit, Carolingian unique elevated " Buxton family pew" which was granted a faculty from Archbishop Laud.
